It is important to distinguish between the demographic boom in births from 1946-1964 vs. the Baby Boom GENERATION, born approximately 1942-1953.<BR/><BR/>As many nationally influential voices have repeatedly noted, Obama is part of Generation Jones, born 1954-1965, between the Boomers and Generation X.
